Non-Gambling.
FSS is not responsible for any gambling that is done through the use of this site. FSS is a non-gambling site that uses FSS Cash as the currency to play.
 
Local Laws, Service Not Available in Some States.
You are always subject to the laws of the country, state, city or other legal entity (collectively "Jurisdiction") in which you reside and/or from which you access the Site and the Service. Access to the Site may not be legal for some or all residents of, or persons present in, certain Jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine the law that applies in the applicable Jurisdiction. FSS is not responsible for users who do not follow the laws that they are subject to.

Eligibility.
You must be 18 years of age or older to to be eligible to win a prize in any FSS contests. Important:   FSS employees, officers, directors, investors, agents, and representatives of FSS and their parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, are NOT eligible to enter any contests.

User privileges.

E-Newsletters. 
Only users will have access to FSS weekly tips, news, contests, etc.   This information is to be used for the FSS site only.

# of Accounts.
1 account / person. For security reasons, you will not be allowed to transfer your account in any circumstance.

FSS Points.

Monetary Value.
FSS Points do not have any value outside of the site. They cannot be exchanged for real currency. FSS Points can only be exchanged for items found in the FSS store.

Re-adjustments.
FSS reserves the right to adjust the # of points in a users account. This can mean suspending a user for non-fair-play and reducing their points down to ZERO. This can also mean adding points in the case of contest wins, etc.

FSS Store.

Prizes.
Prizes can, and will be changing on a regular basis. We do not discriminate from any companies when selecting prizes or different brands.

Prize Prices.
All prizes will follow the same point system, giving users a fair chance at winning all prizes. We will always disclose the prize’s retail value to our clients so they can fairly evaluate the worth of the prize.

Taxes.
You remain solely responsible for paying all federal and other taxes in accordance with the laws that apply in your state, province, and/or country of residence.

Member Status.

Termination or Suspension of Accounts.
FSS reserves the right to refuse your registration or terminate or suspend your account for any reason whatsoever at any time with or without notice to you.

Contests.
FSS reserves the right to terminate or modify any contests or prizes found in the FSS Store.

Partners.

Partnership Agreements.
The FSS brand and logo cannot be linked or associated to any website if it has not been authorized by FSS. FSS supports and encourages Partnerships only when they are agreed by both parties.

3rd Party Web Sites.
Any 3rd Party links that are provided on our website are done so as a convenience to our users, and does not mean that this is a result of a partnership with FSS. Users who are directed to these links are doing this at their own will, and at their own convenience.

Images and Logos.
Logos and images are the property of their respective leagues (NFL, NHL, NBA, MLB).
